5 5� <br />BOARu OF APPEALS HEARING <br />khme 25,,;1918 <br />A meeting of the Boardof Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on June 25, 1948. Chairman <br />Locke, Messrs. Brown, Redman, Ripley, and Houdlette were present. <br />The clerk was also present. <br />At 8:04 p.m. the following petitions were heard: <br />Gertrude Hammond for permission to use the residence located <br />at 169 Grove Street, formerly occupied by two families and later <br />occupied by a single family, as a two-family house. <br />Gaetano A. Coscia for permission to subdivide Lot 100 on Hill- <br />top Avenue and annex twenty-five feet of said Lot to Lot 101 in <br />accordance with the plan submitted. <br />John A. MacDonald for permission to use the room adjoining ;the <br />kitchen and garage at 3112 Bedford Street for the storage and sale of <br />fruits, vegetables, eggs, and chickens raised on the premises. Tho <br />application stated that chickens would be slaughtered at a slaughter- <br />house in Littleton. <br />' Loreto Giaco for Countryside Associates, Inc. for permissions <br />to continue the operation of the present golf driving range located <br />on Lowell Street, adjacent to Ye Olde Countryside. <br />Albert and Charlotte E. Crocket for permission to erect, on <br />Lot C, numbered 549 Marrett Road, a dwelling the construction of which <br />would not meet the requirements of the Lexington Building By-law. <br />Lawrence H. and Dorothy C. Bode for permission to erect on <br />Lots A and B, numbered 555 Marrett Road, a dwelling the construction <br />of which would not meet the requirements of the Lexington Building! <br />By-law. <br />At 9:35 p.m. the hearings were declared closed and in executive <br />session the following decisions were made: <br />Gertrude Hammond - granted (5 years) <br />John A. MacDonald - granted <br />Loreto Visco - granted <br />Albert and Charlotte Crocket - granted <br />Lawrence H. and Dorothy C. Bode - granted <br />Catherine Parello, Clerk <br />
