53 <br />' BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING <br />June b, 1948 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's' <br />Room, Town Office Building, on June 4, 1948. Acting Chairman,Rich, <br />Messrs. Brown, Redman, Ripley and Houdlette were present. The clerk <br />was also present. <br />At 8:00 p.m. the hearings were declared open on the following! <br />petitions: <br />Willard P. Grush for permission to erect on lot 13 Colony <br />Road, Lexington, a dwelling, the construction of which would not <br />meet the requirements of the Lexington Building By -Law. <br />Richard W. Hyde for permission to erect on lot #13, Cedar <br />Street, a dwelling, the construction of which would not meet the re, <br />quirements of the Lexington Building By-law. <br />John 6tone Fitzgerald for permission to erect, on premises <br />shown as Lots 40 and 41, Block 22, Dexter Road, Lexington on a plan <br />by George H. Wetherbee, Jr., Civil Engineer, dated January 4, 1926, a <br />dwelling and garage, the construction of which would not meet the re+ <br />quirements of the Lexington Building By -Law. <br />' Lawrence W. Sharpe for permission to erect a dwelling and <br />garage, the construction of which would not meet the requirements of <br />the Lexington Building By-law, on Lot 15 and portions of Lots 14 ands <br />16 Nichols Road, as shown on plans submitted. <br />Kieran J. Lowry for permission to extend the existing founda- <br />tion at 286 Lincoln Street in accordance with plans submitted for <br />the erection of a two -car lubritorium thereon; to store, underground <br />6,000 gallons of gasoline, 500 gallons of waste oil; and to store <br />above ground 500 gallons of motor oil, 250 gallons of anti -freeze and <br />500 gallons of fuel oil, all in approved containers. <br />Hearings were declared closed at 10:00 p.m. and the following <br />decisions made in executive session: <br />Richard W.
