BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING <br />April 23, 1928 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building on April 23, 1948. Chairman Locke, <br />Messrs. Brown, Ripley, Rich, and Houdlette were present. The clerk <br />was also present. <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the petitions df <br />the following: <br />Oren J. Dose for permission to erect a dwelling and garage oA <br />the premises located at the northeast corner of Bartlett Avenue and <br />Lowell Street, shown on a plan entitled "Plan of Rosemont, Lexington," <br />by Rowland H. Barnes and Henry F. Beal, C.E., filed in the office of <br />the Town Engineer under number D360, and in accordance with plot plan <br />submitted. <br />W. E. Maloney and Arlex Oil Corporation for permission to <br />erect a building to be used as a showroom, office, and garage for <br />housing motor vehicles on a portion of Lot 33 Massachusetts Avenue, <br />Lexington, as shown on a plan entitled "Plan of East Lexington Anne$, <br />East Lexington, Mass.", November 1917, by Clarence E. Carter. <br />' Fulton Brown for permission to alter the shed roof adjoining <br />the blacksmith shop and build an addition, 81 x 201, to the storage <br />building at 7 and 9 Muzzey Street, as per plans submitted. <br />Donald T. Hill for permission to erect a dwelling on Burling.+ <br />ton Street on Lot H which is the incorporation of Lots 17, 18, and <br />parts of 16 and 19 in Block 11 as shown on a plan by George H. <br />Wetherbee, Jr., dated January 4, 1926, entitled "Lexington Building <br />Trust, Lexington," and on plot plan by Everett M. Brook, C.E., sub- <br />mitted April 6, 1948 with the application to the Board of Appeals. <br />Hearings were declared blosed at 9:10 p.m and the following <br />decisions made in executive session: <br />Oren J. Dose - granted <br />W. E. Maloney and Arlex Oil Corp. - granted <br />Fulton Brown - denied <br />Donald T.
