April 16, 1948. <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen'a <br />Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on April 16, 1948. Chairman <br />Locke, Messrs. Brown, Houdlette, Duffy, Ballard were present. The <br />clerk was also present. <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearing was declared open upon the following <br />petitions: <br />H. Webster Thomas, Adblph W. Samborski, Rath Morey, George P <br />Wadsworth, Charles G. Davis, comprising the School Committee, for <br />permission to erect a public school on land lying between Adams <br />Street and Colony Road, an R 1 district, under the provisions of Sep - <br />tion 4, subsection 6 (b) and Section 9 of the Zoning Law of Lexington. <br />Burton Murray for permission to erect a single-family dwell-' <br />ing which would not have the required frontage on the premises show$L <br />as Lots 62 and 63 Prospect Hill Road, Lexington, on a copy of a plau <br />originally laid out and dated July 1924. <br />Lillian C. Kraff for permission to alter the attic of the <br />dwelling located at 259 Marrett Road, into an apartment. <br />' Anthony E. Colozzi for permission to maintain a physician's <br />office at 1963 Massachusetts Avenue. <br />The hearings were declared closed at 9:05 p m. and the follov- <br />ing decisions reached in executive session: <br />School Committee - granted <br />Burton Murray - granted <br />Lilllan C.
