BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING <br />I January 9, 1948 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on January 9, 1948. Chairman Locke, <br />Messrs. Redman, Ballard, Brown, and Rich were present. The clerk <br />was also present. <br />At 8:05 p.m. the hearings were declared open and the follow- <br />ing petitions heard: <br />Anna L. Sword for permission to erect a building on Lot 1, <br />Maple Street, Lexington, as laid out on plans submitted. <br />A. I. Phillipart, Jr., for permission to subdivide Lot 23 on <br />Kimball Road, and incorporate into Lots 22 and 24 in accordance with <br />the plan submitted, which showed the addition of approximately 39 feet <br />of frontage to each of the two lots. <br />Donald Lunday for permission to erect a prefabricated dwell- <br />ing known as the *Wolsey House," on Lot 10 Middleby Road, in accord- <br />ance with the plans and specifications submitted. <br />' The hearings were declared closed at 9:42 p.m. and the follow- <br />ing decisions reached in executive session: <br />Anna L.
