I <br />October 9, 1947 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the SelectmenaIs <br />Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on October 9, 1947. Acting; <br />Chairman Rich, Messrs. Ballard, Duffy, Houdlette and Brown were <br />present. The clerk was also present. <br />At 8:07 P.M. the hearings were declared open on the following <br />petitions: <br />Russell S. and Beulah P. Davenport for permission to erect acid <br />maintain a greenhouse on the premises located at 482 Bedford Street. <br />Lester and Ruth LaFleur for permission to complete, on the <br />premises located at 32 Middle Street, the erection of a building w*ch <br />would not have the required side yard. <br />After the hearings an executive session was held during which <br />the following decisions were made: <br />Russell S. and Beoulah P.
