u <br />D <br />1 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEAR1NG <br />September 25, 1947 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen'si <br />Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on September 25, 1947. Messrb. <br />Rich, Brown, Houdlette, Ripley and Ballard were present. The clerk <br />was also present. In the absence of Mr. Locke, upon motion of Mr. <br />Brown, seconded by Mr. Ripley, it was unanimously voted that Mr. Ricci <br />act as Chairman of the meeting. <br />At 8:05 p.m. the hearings were declared open and the following <br />petitions heard: <br />Ann P. Silverman (Pine Hill Turkey Farms) for permission to <br />erect and maintain on the premises located at 2938 Massachusetts Avenue <br />a building consisting of a refrigerator room, storage shed and poultt7 <br />slaughter house. <br />Albert J. Wollrath, Jr. for permission to build a conservatorâ–º <br />attached to the present florist shop located at 60 Reed Street, Lexibg- <br />ton, and also living quarters consisting of a 3-1/2 room apartment <br />above the florist shop. <br />At an executive session held following the hearings, the follpw- <br />ing decisions were reached: <br />Ann P.
