1.3 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS METIWr <br />I April 25, 1947 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the <br />Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building on Friday evening, April <br />250 1947. Chairman Locke, Mr. Redman, Mr. Rich and Associate <br />Members Ballard and Ripley were present. The Clerk was also <br />present. <br />At 8;04 P.M., hearing was declared open upon the petition <br />of Henry L. & Mary C. Pedrotti for permission to'erect a house <br />which will not have the required frontage on a street. <br />Notice of the hearing was read by Mr. Redman. There were <br />six persons present. Notices of the hearing have been mailed <br />to the owners of all property deemed by the Board to be affected <br />thereby, as they appear on the most recent tax list. <br />Mrs. Pedrotti stated that she and her husband wanted permission <br />to build a house on the lot of land in question. It was sold <br />to them as& building lot, and when they asked f or.a Permit to <br />build, it was not granted. They wish- to erect a one and one- <br />half story frame dwelling. <br />Mr. Locke; Do you own Lots 5, 5A and 5B? <br />Mrs. Pedrotti; Yes <br />Mr. Locke; When did you purchase the land? <br />Mrs. Pedrotti; June of last year. <br />Mr. Locke; From Axiom did you purchase the land? <br />Mrs. Pedrotti; Mrs, Currier. <br />Mr. Locke; This plan shows a narrow strip of land marked #2. <br />Mrs. Pedrotti; That is the road going into this property. <br />Mr. Locke; Right of way to your property? <br />Mrs. Pedrotti; Yes. <br />Mr. Locke; Is that road used by anyone else? <br />Mrs. Pedrotti; Ye$, it is used by the McGee's to get into <br />their house. . <br />Mr. Locke; To get to their house, will they have to pass over <br />part of your land. <br />
