1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />N O T I C E <br />August 15, 1946 <br />The Board of Appeals will hold a hearing <br />on the matter of varying the application of the <br />Building By-law by permitting on the premises <br />owned by B. A. Simeone and located on Maple <br />Street, Lexington, the erection of houses, the <br />construction of which will not meet the require- <br />ments of the Building By-law. <br />The hearing will be held on August 29, 1946, <br />at 8;15 p.m. in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office <br />Building, Lexington. <br />Winthrop Ii. XII.9 of the <br />Lexington Building By-law with respect to the <br />premises at No. Maple Street, owned by B. A. <br />Simeone of Medford by permitting the following; <br />Use of 3" reinforced concrete wall as designed by <br />Thompson-Lichtner - Engineers. <br />B. A.
