Pursuant to the said findings, the Board hereby unanimously decides that the application of the Lexington Zoning By-law is hereby varied so far as may be necessary to permit Mrs. Julia Grant to sub -divide the parcel of land located at 627 Massachusetts Avenue as detailed on the plan submitted, dated June 21, 1946; that any residence located on Lot A-2, shall be set back from the street at least the set- back of the building on Lot A-1. The Board hereby makes a detailed record of all its pro- ceedings relative to such petition and hereby sets forth that the reasons for tis decision are its findings hereinbefore set forth and the testimony presented at the said hearing, includ- ing that herein summarized, and directs that this record immediately following this decision shall be filed in the office of the Town Clerk of Lexington and shall be open to public inspection and that notice of the decision shall be mailed forth- with to each party in interest. r. - BOARD OF APPEALS OF LEXINGTON (Acting under the Lexington Zoning By-law and General Laws.)
