Pursuant to the said findings, the Board hereby <br />unanimously decides that the application of the Lexington <br />Zoning By-law is hereby varied so far as may be necessary to <br />permit Mrs. Julia Grant to sub -divide the parcel of land <br />located at 627 Massachusetts Avenue as detailed on the plan <br />submitted, dated June 21, 1946; that any residence located on <br />Lot A-2, shall be set back from the street at least the set- <br />back of the building on Lot A-1. <br />The Board hereby makes a detailed record of all its pro- <br />ceedings relative to such petition and hereby sets forth that <br />the reasons for tis decision are its findings hereinbefore set <br />forth and the testimony presented at the said hearing, includ- <br />ing that herein summarized, and directs that this record <br />immediately following this decision shall be filed in the office <br />of the Town Clerk of Lexington and shall be open to public <br />inspection and that notice of the decision shall be mailed forth- <br />with to each party in interest. <br />r. - <br />BOARD OF APPEALS OF LEXINGTON <br />(Acting under the Lexington Zoning <br />By-law and General Laws.) <br />Errol H.
