G C� to erect an addition to the present telephone exchange at 27 Muzzey Street, approximately 42* x 30' as shown on sketch submitted marked "Progress Print, March 4, 1946" subject to the following conditions: 1) That the architecture of the addition shall be similar to the existing building. 2) That automobiles belonging to the company and employees shall not be parked on the highways in the vicinity of the build- ing.
