128 <br />July 28, 1944 <br />Lexington Board of 'Zoning Appeals <br />Town Office Building <br />Lexington, Mass. <br />Gentlemen: <br />The undersigned hereby petitions the Lexington <br />Board of Appeals, appointed under General Laws, Chap- <br />ter 40, Section 25 to 30 as amended, to vary the appli- <br />cation of the Building Laws with respect to the premises <br />at No. 19 Sherman Street, by permitting the following: <br />To er:ct a garage of cement blocks six feet from the <br />lot line instead of the required seven and one half feet. <br />N O T I C E <br />J. P. Morse and <br />located at 19 Sherman Street, Lexington, the erection <br />of a garage, which will not have the required distance <br />from the lot line, under the Lexington Building Laws. <br />The hearing will be held on August 4, 1944 at 8:15 <br />P.
