N 0 T I C E <br />• <br />Lexington, Mass, <br />March 23, 1944. <br />The Board of Appeals will hold a hearing on the <br />matter of varying the application of the Zoning Law by <br />permitting on the premises owned by Daniel J. O'Connell <br />and located at 1556 Massachusetts Avenue, Lexington, the <br />conversion of a single family dwelling house to a two <br />family dwelling house, under the Lexington Zoning Law <br />or in accordance with Chapter 40, Sections 25 to 30 as <br />amended of the General Laws. <br />The hearing will be held on April %, 1944, at 8:00 <br />P. M. in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, Lex- <br />ington, Mass. <br />C. EDWARD GLYNN <br />Chairman, Board of Appeals <br />The Chairman said that it was in order for the Board <br />to organize. Upon motion of Mr. Maddison, seconded by <br />Mr. Nickerson, it was unanimously voted to elect Mt. <br />C. Edward Glynn as Chairman for the ensuing year. <br />The election of A Clerk was then considered. Upon • <br />motion of Mr. Maddison, seconded by Mr. Nickerson, it was <br />unanimously voted that Hazel J.
