212 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS IyIEETING <br />December 13, 1940 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the <br />Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building at 8:00 P. M. <br />Chairman Glynn and Ilessrs. Kimball, I;Iaddison, Locke and <br />Bobbins were present. The Secretary was also present. <br />The records of the meeting held on Novenber 15th <br />were declared approved. <br />At 8:00 P. M. hearing was declared open on the <br />application of Biagio Cacciola for permission to erect <br />a greenhouse on his property at 708 Marrett Road, Lex- <br />ington. No persons appeared in favor or in opposition, <br />so the meeting was adjourned to January 6, 1941. <br />The Secretary was instructed to request Mr. Cacciola <br />to appear at 8:30 P.
