234 <br />NOTICE <br />Lexington, Mass. <br />Sept. 21, 1938. <br />The Board of Appeals will hold a hearing on the matter <br />of varying the application of the Zoning Law by permitting <br />on the premises owned by the Ross Realty /Jorp. and located <br />on Mass. Avenue and Wood Street, Lexington, the maintenance <br />of two signs, 8' x 4/, advertising the land on which they <br />are located, under the Lexington Zoning Law or in accordance <br />with Chapter 40, Section 27A of the General Laws and amend- <br />ments. <br />The hearing will be held on October 7th, 1938, at 8:00 <br />P.
