(Address) <br />BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE <br />March 31, 1938. <br />Lexington, Mass. <br />The Board of Appeals will hold a hearing on the matter of <br />varying the application of the Zoning Law by permitting on the <br />premises owned by the Colonial Garage, Inc., and located at <br />1686 Massachusetts Avenue, Lexington, the sale and storage of <br />gasoline, under the Lexington Zoning Law or in accordance with <br />Chapter 40, Section 27A of the General Laws and amendments. <br />The hearing will be held at the Selectmen's Room, Town <br />Office Building, on April 15, 1938, at 9:00 P. M. <br />Arthur. N. Maddison, <br />Chairman, Board of Appeals. <br />The petition of Mr. Conners was next discussed, and inas- <br />much as the proposed use would be some distance from Massachusetts <br />Avenue, and the principal abutter, Mr. Ryder, did not object, <br />upon motion of Mr. Kimball, seconded by Mr. Ferguson, it was <br />voted to grant the following permit to H.
