232 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 10, 1936. <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the <br />Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, at 8:00 P. M. <br />Chairman Maddison and Messrs. Glynn, Ferguson and Lyons <br />were present. The Acting Secretary was also present. <br />The records of the.meeting of November 6th were read <br />and approved. <br />The adjourned hearing on the petition of tarliel Jo <br />Connell for a gasoline station on his lot of land at the <br />corner of Woburn Street and Fletcher Avenue was held and <br />no one appeared to further favor or oppose the granting <br />of the petition and the hearing adjourned. <br />The adjourned hearing on the petition of Calvin W. <br />Childs for a gasoline station at the junction of Watertown <br />Streetand the Concord Turnpike was held and no one appeared <br />further in favor or in opposition to granting the permit. <br />Inasmuch as the amendment to the By-law affecting this' <br />land has not been published for three weeks, the Board <br />took the matter under advisement. <br />It was decided to notify Mr. Daniel J. O'Connell that <br />the Board would meet .on November 27th and to request him <br />to appear before the Board at 7:30 P. M. on that date. <br />It was decided to request Mr. Calvin We Childs to appear <br />before the Board in regard to his petition at 8:30 P.
