<br />of Appeals, appointed under General Laws, Chapter 4 0,
<br />Section 271, to vary the application of Section 9A of
<br />the Lexington Zoning By -Law with respect to the premises
<br />at No. 28 Vine Brook Road owned by Clements H. & Mildred
<br />P. Ferguson of Lexington by permitting the following:
