BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING. <br />SEPTEMBER 20,1932. <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held at the <br />Town Office Building on Tuesday, September 209 1932 at <br />8 P. M. Messrs. Maddison, Glynn, Slocum, Custance and <br />Baldrey were present. <br />The adjourned hearing on petition of Anna L. Sword <br />for a roadside stand on Marrett Road on property known <br />as the Martin property was opened and Mr. Sword stated <br />they desired to construct a roadside stand on the south- <br />westerly side of Marrett Road about 1000 feet toward Concord <br />from the Martin Farm house on the opposite side of the road, <br />with 150 ft. frontage, setting the stand back about 40 <br />feet with ample parking space in front. <br />No one appeared in opposition, and the hearing was <br />closed. <br />The Board then took the subject up after discussing <br />the matter, pending presentation of a plan showing the <br />design of the proposed stand, it was voted to lay the <br />matter on the table. <br />The records of the meetings of June 28, 1932, July 1, <br />1932, and August 16, 1932 were read and approved. <br />The meeting was then adjourned. <br />A true =�crd, Attest; <br />X.4_p��Q ' <br />Clerk. <br />1 <br />C <br />
