92 co <br />r <br />BOARD OF -APPEALS MEETING � <br />C=7 <br />JUNE 28, 1932. <br />A joint meeting of the Board of Appeals end the Board <br />of Selectmen was held in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office <br />Building, at 8 P.M. Messrs. Maddison, Glynn, Baldrey and <br />8usiance were present. The -Secretary was also present. <br />Hearing was declared open on the application of the <br />Standard Oil Co.,df New York for permission to -increase the <br />storage capacity of the gasoline tanks at 789 Mass. Avenue <br />;y and to install one additional pump. <br />The Clerk Bead the notice of the hearing, <br />Mr. Daniels explained that they did not intend to make <br />any change except to establish the additional pump on the <br />island on the inside of the property. The pump that is <br />out near the street is to remain in its present location, <br />and in the island instead of having one pump in the center, <br />they would have two pumps, one at each end. <br />No objection was received to the application, and <br />the hearing was declared closed. - <br />The Board of Appeals adjourned to the Engineer's ' <br />Office and the records of the last meeting held June 3, <br />1932 were read and approved.' The Board then considered <br />the application of the Standard Oil.Co. of N. Y., Inc. <br />for additional pump and one additional 1000 gallon storage <br />tank for gasoline on the property at 789 Mass. Avenue and <br />it was voted that the petition be granted in the following <br />form: <br />The Board of Appeals, acting under General Laws, <br />Chapter 40, sec. 27, having received a *ritten petition <br />addressed to it by the Standard Oil Co. of New York, Inc. <br />a copy of which is hereto annexed, held a public hearing <br />thereon of which notice was mailed to the petitioner and <br />to the owners of all property deemed by the Board to be <br />affected thereby as they appear on the most recent local <br />tax list, and also advertised in the Lexington Times - <br />Minute -Man, a newspaper published in Lexington, which <br />hearing was held in the Selectments Room in the Town Office <br />Building on the 28th day of June 1932 at 8 o'clock P.M. <br />A majority of the members of the Board of Appeals <br />were present at the hearing. <br />After hearing the evidence offered by the petitioner ' <br />and no other evidence -having been offered, the Board in <br />private session at a meeting held0June 28, 1932, gave <br />
