Baldre <br />er , oar of Appe a s . <br />N 0 T I B E <br />Lexington, April 18, 1932. <br />The Board of Appeals will hold a hearing on the matter of <br />varying the application of the Zoning Law by permitting the use of <br />the property situated on Marrett Road, known as Marrett Gardens, <br />and owned by Innis & McLennan, for a permit to operate a driving <br />range and a miniature golf course on the said premises under the <br />Lexington Zoning By-law and in accordance with Chapter 133 of <br />of the Acts of 1924. <br />The undersigned hereby petition the Lexington Board of <br />Appeals, appointed under General Laws, Chapter 40, Section 27, <br />to vary the application of Section of the Lexington <br />Zoning By-law with respect to the premises at Marrett Road owned <br />7Innis & McLennan of Billerida by permitting the following: <br />lf Driving Range. <br />Robert L.
