r <br />C <br />L <br />BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 9, 1932. <br />Hearing at 8 P.M. Afterward, the Board in private session <br />appointed C. E. Glynn as Clerk Pro -tem and approved records <br />of meeting held January 29th. <br />The Quinn application was then considered and it was <br />voted that the application of Alexander Quinn for permit <br />to use the premises at 807 to 809 Mass. Avenue, for an <br />automobile show room be granted as follows; <br />The owner or lessee shall not park any car on Curve <br />St. No cars are to be displayed or stored on the lot outside <br />the building. No repairing of cars is to be done on the <br />premises. No gasoline shall be allowed in the tanks of <br />cars stored on the first floor. The stroage room in the <br />basement is to be fire proofed and to have an eight inch <br />terra-cbtta or similar wall without opening between it <br />and the fireroom and said storage room to conform in all <br />respects to the State and Lexington laws and regulations. <br />If any of the above conditions are not complied with <br />or if the premises are not made to conform to the above <br />requirements within six (6) months of the date hereof, <br />this permit shall become null and void. <br />The Board considered the petition of the A. G. Davis <br />Ice Co, for a permit for a public garage at 3 Grant St. <br />and it was voted that the petition be granted as follows: <br />Location to be as shown on blue prints of plans <br />prepared by G. R. Mitchell•, Architect, and T. Myrick <br />landscape architect, dated Jan. 19, 1932, and on file in <br />the Town Office. The exterior rear wall, abutting the town <br />property, and both side walls are to be constructdd of <br />field stone, <br />This permit is granted on the further conditInn <br />that the garage shall be completed within one ydar from <br />the date hereof. <br />A true copy, At <br />Clerk, Pro -tem. <br />�c <br />
