BOARD OF APPEALS METING - SFPT. 17, 1929. <br />A meeting of the Board Appeals as held t <br />the Selectmen s oom, !own O ice u ding at .r+1. <br />Messrs. A. N. Maddison, Chairman, Roland W. Baldrey, <br />Clerk, C. Edward Glynn and T. A. Custancewere present. <br />Helen C. thittemore was also present. <br />The Board discussed the application of Mrs. Minnie <br />R Stevenson which stated that she had obtained an <br />additional amount of land makingthe lot an area of <br />7000', and asking for another haring. <br />The Board decided that if the Building Inspector <br />had refused this permit they would grant a hearing <br />to be held October 4, 1929 at 8 P.M., and decided <br />to notify the abuttors of the hearing. <br />In regard to the letter received from Mrs. Mary W. <br />Rowland of Lowell Street, relative to obtaining per- <br />mission to install a gasoline tank in connection <br />with her store on Lowell Street the Board decided <br />to notify her that they cannot ta'-•e any action on <br />her application, inasmuch as they have no authority <br />under the Zoning Law to consider appeals from the <br />decision of the Roard of Selectmen. <br />A true record, Attest: <br />Ce°Z24-4-c,* <br />Clerk. <br />
