School Committee Minutes, Executive Session, March 3, 2008 <br /> School Committee Chair Tom Diaz called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. at Cary <br /> Memorial Hall <br /> Present: Tom Diaz, Helen Cohen, Margaret Coppe, Tom Griffiths <br /> Following the public meeting a motion was made and seconded(Griffiths, Coppe) to go <br /> into executive session for the purpose of personnel negotiations. <br /> Tom Diaz presented notes from discussions with the Superintendent, Dr. Ash, concerning <br /> his contract and the desire to extend it through 2012 with new compensation provisions. <br /> After discussion, the committee authorized Mr. Diaz to enter final negotiations with the <br /> Superintendent on compensation in the 2009-2012 contract. <br /> A motion to adjourn the meeting was moved and seconded (Coppe, Cohen).
