Following a vote on putting the <br /> question, the Moderator declared the motion adopted. <br /> 10:41 p.m. The Moderator declared the motion on the motion being put adopted and <br /> the main motion now before the meeting. <br /> 10:42 p. Marsha Baker, pr.7, as Co-chairman of the Special Needs Advisory <br /> Council, spoke in support. <br /> 10:42 p.m. The Moderator DECLARED the MOTION ADOPTED by more than the <br /> required two-thirds vote. <br /> 10:42 p.m. Shirley Stolz, Appropriation Capital Expenditures Committee, served <br /> Notice of Reconsideration on Article 10. <br /> 10:44 p.m. Selectman Leo McSweeney moved the meeting be adjourned until 8:00 <br /> p.m., Wednesday, April 2, 2003 at the National Heritage Museum.
