Mr. Canale commented on the Board's desire to encourage <br /> cooperation with carriers. <br /> 9:01 P.M. Mr. Chernick, pr.6, questioned if further requirements could be added <br /> in the regulations. Mr. Canale responded on hopes of the Board for ample <br /> opportunity for public comment. <br /> 9:01 P.M. Sheldon Spector, pr.6, moved the question. <br /> 9:01 P.M.
