Lexington Housing Partnership <br />5. Respond to BoS Request for Goal Setting Recommendations / Walker <br />The LHP discussed ideas for goals to submit to the Board of Selectmen. <br />6. New Business <br />Ms. Foutter spoke with Aaron Henry. Mr. Henry is willing to talk with Caritas Communities about <br />developing a Bedford Street to affordable housing units via a friendly 40B process. Mr. Henry thinks <br />that approach would be viable. <br />Mr. Pressman is up for re -appointment to the LHP. Ms. Cohen moved that the Partnership recommend <br />to the Board of Selectmen that Mr. Pressman be re -appointed to the Partnership. Ms. Foutter <br />seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />7. Set next meeting date <br />The next meeting will be on Tuesday, July 11. <br />8. Meeting adjournment <br />Ms. Foutter moved adjournment and Ms. Cohen seconded the motion. Approved unanimously. <br />Adjourned at 9:30 pm. <br />
