Neighborhood Conservation District (NCD)
Meeting Minutes June 27, 2017
Present: Donna Moultrup, Chair, Richard Canale, Planning Board, and David Kelland, Historical
Commission.
The meeting was called to order at 8:06 PM when a quorum was reached.
The minutes of June 14, 2017 were approved as submitted.
The draft Study Committee report was discussed. There was a unanimous vote to accept the
Study Report pending comments received by the Chair, after distribution to Town officials and
proposed NCD residents. Donna will work with Chris Neurath to create an electronic version
that can be e-mailed.
The Town distribution list was discussed briefly. It was decided that most everyone would want
an electronic version instead of a paper copy. Paper copies can be provided if requested.
No dates were set for the neighborhood presentations, since other neighborhood
representatives could not make the meeting. Those will be set up and advertised and will
proceed without another committee meeting. The goal will be to have three in July, on
different days of the week, and different weeks of the month.
The Talking Points were reviewed and discussed. There was one additional change added along
with the changes suggested from the last meeting. They were accepted, but no formal vote
was taken.
There was no public comment.
The next meeting is scheduled for late July after the first round of neighborhood presentations
have been completed.
Meeting adjourned at 8:23 PM.
