Meeting Minutes

Present: Donna Moultrup, Chris Neurath, Richard Canale, David Kelland
We don't have website yet.
Reviewed Feb. 6, 2017 minutes. Unanimous approval of minutes with typos
corrected.
Research old tax records. Ask Town Clerk and Assessors Office for help.
Donna has looked up historical house records on town computer.
Should try to find building permits too, to find out if one or two
contractors/developers built the houses. Maybe in archives.
Donna asked, are we preparing a bylaw, or what Richard Canale & David Kelland
said, would be some items that will be fixed later [by Town Counsel? Planning
Dept.?]
Our questions: Richard Canale to ask Assistant Town Manager Carol Kowalski about
conflict of interest issues due to the small size of our neighborhood.
Use 12 Lockwood Rd renovated house as example of type of changes NCD likely to
approve.
Next meeting scheduled for Tues. March 14 at 7:30pm.
