Ɏ <br /> <br />Lexington Housing Partnership <br /> <br />6. New Business. <br />Gerry Paul reviewed (again) his meeting with Jennifer Van Campen (Metro West Collaborative <br />Development. Mr. Paul requested that the partnership request for CPA funding <br />for a feasibility study on the options for developing mixed-income senior housing on town-owned <br />land, specifically the parking lot behind Depot Square. A board member moved the motion; the <br />motion was seconded by another member, and the motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />7. Next Meeting. <br /> The next meeting will be on Tuesday, September 12, 2017. There will not be a meeting in August. <br /> <br />8. Meeting adjournment <br />The meeting was adjourned some time after 9 PM. <br /> <br />
