<br /> <br />11. School Administration Building/Old Harrington <br />: The Committee agreed to postpone a vote <br />until next week after additional information is provided. CPC Chair, Betsey Weiss will ask Pat <br />Goddard, Director of Facilities and Grounds to attend next week’s meeting. A formal vote will <br />take place upon additional material. <br /> <br />12. Fire Department HQ Renovations & Redesign <br />: The Committee voted 4 (Cohen, <br />McSweeney, Shaw, Weiss) in favor and 5 opposed to supporting the Fire Department’s request <br />for $40,000. <br /> <br />13. Town Office Complex Building Envelope <br />: The Committee voted unanimously to support the <br />DPW’s request for $95,000. <br /> <br />14. East Lexington Fire Station <br />: The Committee supported a motion to split this project into two <br />projects: (1) $18,000 for the replacement of storm windows and (2) $29,500 for a new A/C <br />system. The Committee voted unanimously to support the Fire Department’s request for <br />$18,000 and voted 5 in favor and 4 (Fenollosa, Manz, Pagett, Wolk) against supporting the Fire <br />Department’s request for $29,500. <br /> <br />15. ADA Accessible Bathrooms and Signs for TOB <br />: The Committee voted unanimously to <br />support the DPW’s request for $70,000. <br /> <br />16. Town Office Building Use Study & Renovation Design <br />: The Committee voted 7-2 <br />(Fenollosa, Pagett) to support the Town Manager’s request for $100,000. <br /> <br />17. Stone Building Renovation <br />: PLACEHOLDER. No discussion. <br /> <br />18. Land Acquisition <br />: PLACEHOLDER. No discussion. <br /> <br />19. Munroe Fire Prevention System Replacement <br />: In the interest of time, it was agreed to <br />postpone this discussion until next week. <br /> <br />Betsey asked the Committee who should be invited to the next week’s meeting (to provide additional <br />information). Pat Goddard was suggested and David Kanter also suggested Chief Middlemiss.
