<br />4. Application documents <br /> <br />Sandy had distributed revised forms of documents incorporating the changes discussed at <br />the 4/19 meeting. The documents need to be amended to add in the website and e-mail <br />address, when available. It was moved, seconded and unanimously approved to accept <br />the application documents as so amended. <br /> <br />5. Website <br /> <br />Betsey met with Candy McLaughlin about the website to discuss content and format. <br />She distributed prototypes of the webpage. Our website address will be <br />CPC@ci.lexington.ma.us. Any questions sent to that website must be forwarded to at <br />least one person; it was suggested that they be forwarded to Lynn Pease, who would then <br />forward the questions to committee members for response. Sandy and Joel will respond <br />for the first three months (with an option to continue for an additional three months), <br />sending their replies to Lynn for forwarding to the questioner. <br /> <br />With respect to the website content, it was agreed that the website would contain the <br />following items: <br /> <br />Contact information <br />Committee members, affiliations and terms <br />General description of the CPA <br />Links to <br /> - Question and Answer sheet <br /> - Tax bill stuffer <br /> - Tax surcharge calculator <br /> - Reports (Town Meeting report and, when available, the Needs Assessment) <br /> - CPA legislation <br /> - Other links, including the Community Preservation Coalition <br />(www.communitypreservation.org) <br /> - The application package <br /> <br />Betsey will continue to work with Candy to finalize the webpage. <br /> <br />6next meeting <br />.
