School essay con- <br /> testants and their chaperone Mr Joe Gibson, <br /> chaperone for the United Nations trip last year, <br /> would know how muchmoney is needed to cover the ex- <br /> penses this year Mr Gustin has invited Miss Mc- <br /> Intyre, teacher of Social Sciences of the High School, <br /> to be the chaperone The Committee voted to back an <br /> expenditure of about fifty dollars for United Nations <br /> visual aid material which. Miss McIntyre plans to <br /> order Mr Dearborn will inform Miss McIntyre that <br /> the Committee so voted Mrs Pullen reported that <br /> Mrs Arsovo has written to three people asking them <br /> to judge the essays for the contest and is awaiting <br /> their replies <br /> Mrs. Williams will contact Miss Morrison of <br /> Adams School to find out ( 1) which kind of tree TREE <br /> Adams School would like to have planted for the PLANTING <br /> United Nations Day ceremonies there; ( 2) where the <br /> tree should be planted; what kind of exercises will <br /> be held in connection with. the tree planting The <br /> Celebrations Committee will order the tree and have <br /> the town plant it <br /> Mr Nason of the library will be contacted <br /> by Mrs Williams to find out whether or not there <br /> will be a shelf of United Nations material inthe <br /> library this year If there is, Mrs .
