Gustin, Lewis , Cole; Mesdames Litchfield and <br /> Pullen. <br /> Mr Gustin distributed copies of committee' s <br /> budget of A4200 for 1958 <br /> Following appointments were made for the 19th COMMITTEE <br /> FOR APRIL <br /> Marshal for afternoon parade Mr Rooney 19th <br /> " morning " Mr Cole <br /> Bands Mr.Hutchins & Mr Lewis <br /> Loud Speaker Mr Lewis <br /> Decorations Mr Gus tin <br /> Floats Mr Poehler <br /> Mr Gustin reported tie Belfry Club has been <br /> rented for the 19th, and he will try to rent Masonic <br /> Hall <br /> Mrs Marie Muse will take care of catering for <br /> the day <br /> Guest of honor was discussed, and Mrs. Cheever <br /> will write to Edith Nourse Rogers to try to have Mr. <br /> Nixon <br /> The question of some kind of a "gimmick" for <br /> the 19th was discussed, with no decision Something <br /> +^ reaffirm—ou way of—life appealed to those memoers <br /> present. <br /> Mrs Pullen will write to the sixteen other Lex- <br /> ingtons and ask them for historical information on their <br /> towns for our library. <br /> Eleanor B Litchfield <br /> Secretary <br /> � I <br />
