115 <br /> TOWN CELEBRATIONS COMMITTEE <br /> November 14, 1957 <br /> The 13th meeting of the Town Celebrations <br /> Committee was held in the Conference Room, Cary <br /> Memorial Hall at 8 15 p.m , Nov 14, 1957 Present <br /> were Messrs Gustin, and Cole, Mesdames Pullen, <br /> Litchfield and Cheever Also present was Mr Herbert <br /> Bandes, representing the Jewish Community Center <br /> Mr Cole reported that Mrs John P Whelan of <br /> St. Brigid's Church will be the organist. THANKSGIVING <br /> It was decided to have the Hancock Press print <br /> the program Work on the program was completed, and <br /> Mr Cole will take it to Hancock Press Copy of pro- <br /> gram will be sent to all clergy as soon as printed <br /> Mrs Litchfield was asked to contact Mrs . <br /> Tucker of the Lexington Field & Garden Club to see if <br /> they would assume responsibility of suitable decorations <br /> for platform <br /> I Mrs Pullen brought in the words and music of <br /> song, "Lexington Green" Committee has asked Mrs <br /> Cheever to write to publisher for permission to repro- <br /> dude It was thought it might possibly be used in con- <br /> nection with the April 19th celebration <br /> Mr Gustin told the committee the budget for <br /> 1958 must be in by Dec 15, 1957 Next meeting will be <br /> at 4 30 p.m , Nov. 21, 1957 in the Conference Room, Cary <br /> Memorial Fall Mr Gillespie has been asked to be <br /> present, at which time work will be done on budget for <br /> high school bands <br /> Eleanor B Litchfield <br /> Secretary <br />
