71 <br /> TOWN CELEBRATIONS COMMITTEE <br /> February 20, 1957 <br /> The eleventh meeting of the committee was held <br /> at 8 p.m , February 20, 1957 in the conference room, <br /> Cary Memorial Hall Members present were Messrs <br /> Gustin, Lewis, Gagne, Rooney, Mrs Cheever and Mrs <br /> Litchfield. <br /> In addition to the committee twenty persons <br /> were present, representing various youth, groups in the <br /> town Names, and groups represented are attached, and <br /> are a part of these records <br /> They were interested in participating in the <br /> early morning parade They will go back to their <br /> groups, and will report back to the committee at a <br /> meeting Thursday evening, March 7, 1957 <br /> The next meeting of the committee will be <br /> February 27th, continuing each Wednesday evening in <br /> March, with the exception of the first week in March, <br /> when the meeting will be the 7th. <br /> It was voted to write to all units participating <br /> in the parade last year to inform them there will be no <br /> afternoon parade due to the day falling on Good Friday <br /> Mr Gagne will notify the Minute Men of this action <br /> Eleanor Litchfield <br /> Secretary <br /> 4 <br />
