Town Celebrations Committee <br /> Section le There is hereby established a Town Cel- <br /> ebrations Committee to consist of nine registered <br /> voters of the Town. Members of the Committee shall be <br /> appointed by the Board of Selectmen® When first app- <br /> ointed, three members .shall be appointed for three-year <br /> terms,, three for two-year terms and three for one-.,ear <br /> terms. Thereafter., three members shall be appointed each <br /> year for, three year terms. Terms shall expire on April <br /> thirtieth, except that members shall continue in office <br /> until their successors have been duly appointed and <br /> qualifiede Vacancies shall be filled by the Board of <br /> Selectmen for the balance of unexpired terms® <br /> Section, 2.
