<br />Motion was granted and seconded to issue a Certificate of Appropriateness for exterior changes to <br />13 Depot Square, 1661 Massachusetts Avenue, 1761 Massachusetts Avenue, 1875 Massachusetts <br />Avenue with one exception of the placement of the horse in left side of the Visitor Center Entrance <br />on the grassland to be determined by Robert Adams with a Photoshopped image of the horse in <br />place. Motion carried, All in favor. <br /> <br /> <br />Chair Paul O’Shaughnessy opened the formal hearing for 11 Waltham Street, exterior alterations <br />(Window Replacement) in the Battle Green Historic District <br />Documents <br />Full plan set of proposed alteration: dated March 25, 2024 <br />Photographs of entire place of each building elevation visible from the public way: dated March 25, 2024 <br />Material List: dated March 25, 2024 <br />Work Scope Narrative: dated March 25, 2024 <br />Legal Advertisement Authorization Form: dated March 25, 2024 <br />View photos: dated May 2, 2024 <br /> <br />The applicant explained the proposed windows replacement plans for the structure at 11 Waltham Street. <br />The Commission felt this application was appropriate.
