Bartenders are hired <br /> from Simply Serving, in conjunction with the caterer for the event, Roche Bros. Roche Bros <br /> also bills a liquor liability charge to EMACT that covers all patrons. <br /> The bar opens at 6:30pm and closes at 8pm. The awards ceremony begins promptly at 7:30 <br /> so the activity at the bar diminishes then to allow the bartenders to start cleaning up, to be <br /> completely finished and closed by 8pm. <br /> A Lexington Police Detail per the town's requirements has already been secured. <br /> 71 Apache Way • Tewksbury, Massachusetts 01876 <br />
