Speeding up process. Paul Chernick: <br /> 1) Address this as a conservation issue <br /> 2) Send letter asking for rates, copied to Conservation Law Foundation, <br /> Settlement Board, Mass DPU <br /> D) Expand rate request to include Metal Halide and specified color <br /> corrected alternatives <br /> E) Decide on specifications for worst case scenario <br /> 1) Wattage <br /> 2) Light distribution <br /> a) Cut-offs and drop dishes <br /> b) Light pattern on street. <br /> 3) Height of lamp on pole.
