Mr. Erickson presented that the intention of the Affordable Housing Trust is to keep the wetlands <br />undisturbed. Mr. <br />Kevin Riopelle, DGT Associates, civil engineer for the project, presented the project is in Cluster <br />11 of 13 Drummer Boy Way to address ponding and water accumulation. Mr. Riopelle presented <br />the proposal is to install four interconnected area drains, connected to an existing catch basin that <br />discharges towards the wetlands area.
