<br />Reliable Fence contract with plan sketch: dated February 7, 2024 <br />Neighbor concerns regarding fence from residents of 996 Mass Ave: dated February 22, 2024 <br />Support letters from 9 Locust Avenue, 7 Locust Avenue & 964 Mass Ave: dated March 3 &6, 2024 <br /> <br />The applicants explained the proposed fence installation at 6 Locust Avenue. <br />The Commission felt this application was appropriate with the fence along a portion of the approved <br />boundary between properties at 6 Locust Avenue and 996 Massachusetts Avenue should be stopped at the <br />corner of the barn. <br />Sipra Jain & Atul Jain, residents of 996 Mass Ave, expressed their concerns regarding the fence along <br />with his lot for his barn preservation. <br />Julie Krakauer Moore, Zoning Administrator and fence viewer, recommended to shorten the fence back <br />to the corner of the barn so that the owners of 996 Mass Ave can maintain the barn on their side as required. <br />She stated that the proposed fence must be on the land of 6 Locust Avenue. She suggested to move the <br />fence back from the lot line. <br />Victoria Rothbaum, resident of 9 Locust Avenue, Bradley and Sheena Rosenfeld, residents of 7 Locust <br />Avenue, David Vendetti, resident of 964 Mass Ave, stated that they support the proposed fence installation <br />plans. <br /> <br />Motion was granted and seconded to issue a Certificate of Appropriateness for exterior changes to <br />6 Locust Avenue. Motion carried, all in favor. <br /> <br /> <br />CONTINUED HEARING <br />Chair Paul O’Shaughnessy opened the continued hearing for 812 Massachusetts Avenue, exterior <br />alterations (Rooftop Solar Panels) in the East Village Historic District <br />Documents <br />Updated plan set of proposed alteration: dated February 8, 2024 <br /> <br />The applicants explained the updated rooftop solar panels plans at 812 Mass Ave. <br />The Commission felt this application was appropriate. <br />No Public Comments. <br /> <br />Motion was granted and seconded to issue a Certificate of Appropriateness for exterior changes to <br />812 Massachusetts Avenue.
