<br />Motion was granted and seconded to issue a Certificate of Appropriateness for exterior changes to <br />1575 Massachusetts Avenue. Motion carried, all in favor. <br /> <br /> <br />Chair Paul O’Shaughnessy opened the formal hearing for 33 Marrett Road, exterior alterations <br />(Signage) in the Munroe Tavern Historic District <br />Documents <br />Full plan set of proposed alteration: dated February 8, 2024 <br />Photographs of entire place of each building elevation visible from the public way: dated February 8, 2024 <br />Material List: dated February 8, 2024 <br />Work Scope Narrative: dated February 8, 2024 <br />Owner Authorization Letter: dated February 8, 2024 <br />Legal Advertisement Authorization Form: dated February 8, 2024 <br />Support letters from Scottish Rite Museum and Select Board: dated January 30 & 31, 2024 <br /> <br />The applicants explained the proposed National America 250 Patriots Marker for the 250th Anniversary <br />of the American Revolution plans at 33 Marrett Rd. <br />The Commission agreed to continue this application to April with detailed site plan because of location <br />issues. Some Commissioners suggested to move the proposed marker into the corner. Edward Adelman <br />and Paul O’Shaughnessy will serve as liaison for this application. <br />Julie Krakauer Moore, Zoning Administrator, stated the application will be approved by ZBA subject to <br />HDC approval. She also suggested to get a detailed site plan showing the location of the sign with setbacks <br />from the lot lines from Marrett Rd and Mass Ave. <br />Richard Elliot, Executive Director of Scottish Rite Masonic Museum, stated he supported this proposed <br />marker and will help to get a detailed site plan. <br />Jerry Michelson, Chair of a Lexington Center Committee, stated that he supported the proposed National <br />America 250 Patriots Marker. <br /> <br /> <br />Chair Paul O’Shaughnessy opened the formal hearing for 1666 Massachusetts Avenue, exterior <br />alterations (Signage) in the Battle Green Historic District <br />Documents <br />Full plan set of proposed alteration: dated January 25, 2024 <br />Photographs of entire place of each building elevation visible from the public way: dated January 25, 2024 <br />Material List: dated January 25, 2024 <br />Work Scope Narrative: dated January 25, 2024 <br />Legal Advertisement Authorization Form: dated January 25, 2024 <br /> <br />The applicants explained the proposed post sign plans at 1666 Massachusetts Avenue. <br />The Commission felt this application was appropriate. <br />No Public Comments. <br /> <br />Motion was granted and seconded to issue a Certificate of Appropriateness for exterior changes to <br />1666 Massachusetts Avenue.
