The Committee shall prepare and review specifications for receipt of proposals
for the purpose of sale, transfer, lease, or other appropriate use of the
Franklin School Such review shall include but not be limited to consideration
of the following Town priorities
1 ) Tax stability
2) Neighborhood compatibility
3) Environmental compatibility
Recommendations for use of such facility shall be submitted no later than
November 16, 1984
Appropriate hearing dates shall be coordinated with the Board of Selectmen,
Planning Board and other appropriate agencies All appropriate hearings shall
be completed prior to the start of the 1985 Town Meeting.
