CRC MEETING <br /> February 14, 1985 <br /> ATTENDEES Battin, Sacco, Bateson, Nichols, Hastings, Sorensen & Trani <br /> Also Bogen and Frick. <br /> VOTE Minutes of December 13, 1984, approved with addition of library lot <br /> to list <br /> Discussion of Land Use Policy was interrupted by a brief fire drill Norma <br /> Bogan from the L.0 S plans to computerize data Ideal is to gain input <br /> from land owners, shop owners and Chamber of Commerce to better direct <br /> marketing promotion for the Center Jacqui Bateson noted that there would <br /> be resistance from shop owners to the inquiry (confidentiality) <br /> Land Use Policy <br /> 1 The role of Lexington Center - accepted <br /> 1.3 - delete "critical mass" and replace with word "market". <br /> 2 Retail, personal services, office use - <br /> 2 1 - Personal service - not to mean doctors Office development <br /> to include doctors <br /> 2 2 - This needs more work. <br /> Comment change "only" to "major" <br /> 3 Visual Form <br /> 3 1 - Delete "and grain".
