FitzGerald for Lexington Post 3007 <br />Veterans of Foreign Wars <br />To: Use the upper wooden porti on of the "Fire Station" located o n Meriom Street, <br />to complete the erection of a building at 2 Hayes Lone, to be used as Post <br />Headquarters. Granted . <br />Jon. 6-Professor John H. Judge <br />To: Operate on academy for the instruction of young men and women for the <br />years equivalent to the third yea r of high school through the second year of <br />college at the premises located at 114 Concord Turnpike, Lexington. Granted <br />provided that the student body shall not be more than 10, of whom not more <br />than 5 male students may reside on the premises and provided that the per- <br />m it shall be valid only so long os Professor Judge resides there and continues <br />to operate or continues to be directly connected and associated with the or- <br />ganization. <br />Feb. 17-Chester C . Duval <br />To: Operate a sheet metal shop ot 4 Bow Street, for the fabrication of duct work <br />used in connection with air conditioning, ventilating and heating installations. <br />Granted subject to the follow in g conditions: 1) That loading and unloading of <br />material being de livered to and from the building shall be done at o side en- <br />trance and not while the truck is parked on Bow Street; 2) That the cars of <br />employees shall be parked on the adjacent lot off the highway; 3) That no <br />material shall be stored or fabricated outside the building; 4) That in the use <br />of the premises the petitioner agrees to limit the noise to that which is normal, <br />customary and incidental to the occupancy; 5) That this use continues only <br />so long as the business is operated by the petitioner, Chester C.
