REPORT OF TOWN CLERK 141 <br />Article 27. To see if the Town will vote to amend the <br />Lexington Zoning By -Law as follows :— <br />By changing under Section 3. (b), C.1 Districts, para- <br />graph 11, which now reads : "On the easterly side of Bed- <br />ford Street the property known as the Carbarn property, <br />extending from Bedford Street to the Railroad property, <br />and on the westerly side of Bedford Street extending south- <br />erly from a point opposite the northerly boundary of the <br />Carbarn property to Reed Street and of a depth of 100 feet <br />from the westerly line of Bedford Street." to read as fol- <br />lows: - <br />11. On the easterly side of Bedford Street beginning <br />at a point on the northeasterly side of Bedford Street said <br />point being northwesterly and distant 145 feet from the <br />southeasterly terminus of a curve of radius 816.4 feet and <br />extending southeasterly along Bedford Street for a dis- <br />tance of 285 feet and extending in depth to the Boston and <br />Maine Railroad and on the westerly side of Bedford Street <br />beginning at a point on the southwesterly side of Bedford <br />Street said point being northwesterly and distant 154 feet <br />from a stone bound marking the southeasterly terminus of <br />a curve of radius 866.4 feet and extending southeasterly <br />along Bedford Street to the northeasterly side line of Reed <br />Street and of a depth of 100 feet from the adjacent side line <br />of Bedford Street. <br />And you are directed to serve this Warrant seven days <br />at Least before the time of said meeting as provided in the <br />By -Laws of the Town. <br />Hereof fail not, and make due return on this Warrant, <br />with your doings thereon, to the Town Clerk, on or before <br />the time of said meeting. <br />Given under our hands at Lexington, this fourteenth <br />day of September, A.
