M. <br />Selectman Charles E. Ferguson moves to take up Arti- <br />cle 25, presenting the following: <br />Article 25. M. <br />Selectman Charles E. Ferguson moves to take up Arti- <br />cle 26, presenting the following: <br />Article 26. Voted : That a Road Machinery Fund be <br />established, to which shall be credited all receipts received <br />for the use or rental of road machinery, the proceeds to be <br />appropriated as voted by the Town for road machinery <br />purposes. <br />Carried 8:40 P. M. <br />Selectman Charles E. Ferguson moves to take up Arti- <br />cle 27, presenting the following: <br />Article 27. Voted : That a Road Machinery Account, <br />be established for the purpose of purchasing, repairing, and <br />operating road machinery, and for this purpose the sum <br />of $6,725.00 be appropriated, this money to be provided by <br />the transfer of $100.00 from the 1936 Account for purchase <br />of Highway Dept. Grader, the transfer of $16.55 from the <br />1936 Account for Purchase of Highway Dept. Truck and <br />the appropriation of $6,608.45. <br />Carried 8:41 P. M. <br />Selectman Charles E. Ferguson moves to take up Arti- <br />cle 28, presenting the following: <br />Article 28. Voted : That the town grant the Lexing- <br />ton Post, Veterans of Foreign Wars, the use of the audi- <br />torium in the Cary Memorial Building without charge on <br />six evenings each year, also the use of Estabrook Hall in <br />said building without charge, for the regular meetings of the <br />Veterans of Foreign Wars. <br />Carried 8:42 P.
