<br />Article 4. Selectman Charles E. Ferguson moves to
<br />'take up Article 4, presenting the following :
<br />Voted : That the Town Treasurer, with the approval
<br />of the Selectmen, be and hereby is authorized to borrow
<br />money form time to time in anticipation of the revenue
<br />of the financial year beginning January 1, 1938, and to
<br />issue a note or notes therefor, payable within one year
<br />and to renew any note or notes as may be given for a
<br />period of less than one year in accordance with Section
<br />17, Chapter 44, General Laws.

<br />Article 5. Selectman Charles E. Ferguson moves to
<br />take up Article 5, presenting the following:
<br />Voted : That the Town Treasurer, with the approval
<br />,of the Selectmen, be and hereby is authorized to refund
<br />any or all of the revenue notes issued in anticipation of
<br />the revenue of the year 1937, in accordance with the
<br />provisions of Section 17, Chapter 44, General Laws ; any
<br />debt so incurred to be paid from the revenue of the year
<br />1937.

<br />figures concerning tax rate.
<br />Article 6. Selectman Charles E. Ferguson moves to
<br />take up Article 6.
<br />Selectman Ferguson states figures to be presented as
<br />total amounts for each appropriation.
<br />Chairman Rowse of the Appropriation Committee
<br />states it would be better to present amounts broken down,
<br />presenting the following motion : That it is the sense of the
<br />meeting that the amounts be divided as of personal services
<br />and wages and expenses.
