REPORT OF TOWN CLERK 25 <br />nus of a curve of radius 1513.11 feet; thence running <br />northeasterly distant 200 feet; thence turning and <br />running northwesterly distant 300 feet; thence turn- <br />ing and running southwesterly distant 250 feet to the <br />northeasterly side line of Bedford Street; thence turn- <br />ing and running by said side line of Bedford Street, <br />southeasterly distant 247 feet to the point of begin- <br />ning and comprising 1% acres of land more or less, <br />or take any action thereon. <br />Article 34. To see if the Town will vote to amend the <br />Lexington Zoning By -Law as follows :— <br />By removing from Section 3, C.1 Districts, the two. <br />following paragraphs:— <br />"Beginning at a point 200 feet easterly of the junc- <br />tion of the easterly line of Blossom Street with the <br />southerly line of the new Concord Highway, thence <br />easterly along the southerly line of the Concord High- <br />way 200 feet, and of a depth of 100 feet throughout." <br />"At the junction of the Concord Turnpike and Wa- <br />tertown Street the parcel bounded easterly by the curve <br />at said junction 55.98 feet; southerly by said Turnpike <br />277.50 feet ; westerly by a line at right angles to said <br />Turnpike 98.97 feet; northwesterly by a line at right <br />angles to said Watertown Street 98.97 feet ; and north- <br />easterly by said Watertown Street 286.96 feet." <br />And by adding the following to Section 3 after paragraph 10 <br />under "R.2 Districts" and preceding the heading "C.1 Dis- <br />tricts" :— <br />T.1 Districts <br />1. To see if the Town will vote to amend the <br />Lexington Zoning By -Law by inserting in Section 7:— <br />(a) in the first line, after "R.2", the phrase "and T.1," <br />or take any action thereon. <br />Article 36. To see if the Town will vote to authorize <br />the Selectmen to construct granolithic sidewalks where the <br />abutting owner pays one-half the cost, and provide funds for <br />said construction by direct appropriation. <br />Article 37. To see if the Town will vote to install under- <br />ground cable for the Fire Department and pay for the same <br />by direct appropriation or by transfer from available funds. <br />Article 38. To see if the Town will establish a Planning <br />Board under General Laws, Chapter 41, sec. 81A, as enacted <br />by Statute 1936, Chapter 211, sec. 4, or act in any manner <br />in relation thereto. <br />Article 39. To see if the Town will accept the provisions <br />of Sections 81 F, 81 G, 81 H, 81 1, and 81 J of Chapter 41 of <br />the General Laws, as enacted by Statute 1936, Chapter 211, <br />Section 4, or act in any manner in relation thereto. <br />Article 40. To see if the Town will provide for a Board <br />of Appeals under General Laws, Chapter 41, Section 81 1, as <br />enacted by Statute 1936, Chapter 211, Section 4 by amending <br />the General .By-laws of the Town by adding a paragraph to <br />that effect to Article XXVI, or act in any manner in rela- <br />tion thereto. <br />Article 41. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate <br />a sum of money to defray the expenses incurred by the Re- <br />
